Threats | Large coastal and riverine projects, fishing net entanglement, human activity disturbances, pollution, irrigation-related water extraction, unregulated dam flows, habitat loss, illegal consumption, and wildlife trade. |

Rehabilitation | Turtles released in Haiderpur wetland, Uttar Pradesh, divided into two groups (upper & lower Ganga Barrage). Each turtle fitted with a tracking device. |
