| - First Slab: Monthly wage of ₹19,900, daily wage of ₹765, hourly wage of ₹96. Part-time workers (1 hour/day) earn ₹2,487 monthly. |
| - Second Slab: Monthly wage of ₹24,100, daily wage of ₹927, hourly wage of ₹116. Part-time workers (1 hour/day) earn ₹3,012 monthly. |
Objective of Wage Revision | Standardise wage payments, promote transparency and fairness in remuneration. |
Changes to Leave Rules | Group-C and Group-D employees entitled to compensatory leave if working on a notified public holiday. Leave must be utilised within one month. |
Contract Extensions | Tenure of workers under Outsourcing Policy Part-2 extended until 31 July 2025. Applies to outsourced employees in government departments, boards, and corporations. |
