EventHaryana Revises Wages and Work Conditions
Effective Date1st January 2025
Revised Wage Structures- Two Salary Slabs Introduced:
- First Slab: Monthly wage of ₹19,900, daily wage of ₹765, hourly wage of ₹96. Part-time workers (1 hour/day) earn ₹2,487 monthly.
- Second Slab: Monthly wage of ₹24,100, daily wage of ₹927, hourly wage of ₹116. Part-time workers (1 hour/day) earn ₹3,012 monthly.
Objective of Wage RevisionStandardise wage payments, promote transparency and fairness in remuneration.
Changes to Leave RulesGroup-C and Group-D employees entitled to compensatory leave if working on a notified public holiday. Leave must be utilised within one month.
Contract ExtensionsTenure of workers under Outsourcing Policy Part-2 extended until 31 July 2025. Applies to outsourced employees in government departments, boards, and corporations.

Core ObjectivesSupports candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensures timely salary disbursement, enforces State Reservation Policy.
