Gandhi bust to be inaugurated at UN headquarters

• During the India’s presidency to UNSC, a bust of Mahatma Gandhi will be inaugrated as a gift from India.

About the Sculpture:

• Made by Indian sculptor Ram Sutar, known for designing Statue of Unity in Gujarat.
• It will be placed in the North Lawns of the UN headquarters.
