Essential RepeatStudents failing in three or more subjects cannot appear in the second exam.
Compartment CategoryStudents failing in 1-2 subjects can take the second exam as a re-attempt.
Compartment Exam ScheduleCompartment Exam 1 merged with the second exam, held in June.
Special ProvisionsSports quota students and those from snow-bound regions (e.g., Ladakh) have flexibility.
Subject ReplacementStudents can reappear in failed academic subjects for higher education eligibility.
